The YWCA has been given the direction that best practice involves closing all services that aren't essential to keeping residents alive and well. We are following this guidance and are closed until further notice. Updates will be forthcoming about our return to business as usual. Unfortunately, our Zumba instructor has come down ill suddenly and will not be able to teach the class tonight. We do still have Yoga and PiYo running tonight as well as the option to do your own thing in the gym. Sorry about any inconvenience this may cause.

Learn the basics of Hoop dancing in this fun and upbeat 12 week registration class. You will learn a variety of tricks using hand to eye coordination and balance.
Class will run Friday May 17- Aug.9, 2019 @ 6:00-8:00 pm.
