Get your year started off right by checking out the YWCA Health and Fitness Open House Week.
From January 9-15 our doors are open to everyone to try our facility for FREE.
For anyone that enjoyes participating in group fitness classes this is for you. Pick up your Fitness Passport or Download your copy of the website and bring it to classes you attend. Be sure to have the Fitness Instructor sign off that you attended the class. Attend as many classes as you can during the week. Fill in your name and number on your form before you hand it in at Front Desk so that you can be entered into our draw to win a 6 month general membership.

You get points for each correct answer. You can answer a maximum of 2 questions per visit. The individual with the most points at the end of the week will win a prize. Each participant can have their name entered in to our main draw to have a chance to win a 6 months general membership.
