Stroller Fit is an 8 week program designed for postpartum moms with beginner to intermediate fitness. This program is meant to reintroduce new mothers to exercise to improve cardio fitness, strength, and meet other new moms.
The program starts with low impact cardio exercises and resistance circuits that progress as you gain strength and endurance.
It is recommended that participant wait a minimum of 6 weeks after giving birth to begin classes, or wait until their physician has given them the go ahead to begin/ resume physical activity.

Where: Meet at the Canon on the east side of Henderson lake.
