This is a strength-based class with the purpose of preparing your muscles for fun in the snow. Skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing and sledding are all a great time, but when the day after the fun you find yourself stiff and sore it can sometimes leave you wondering if the fun is worth it. To that we at the YWCA say, "of course the fun is worth it." Your muscles just need a little help preparing before-hand so that a day on the slopes isn't as great a shock to the system.
